Prices

All prices include 24% VAT. Delivery is added according to the chosen method.

Delivery methods and prices

Omniva parcel locker — €2.90. Standard delivery — €3.90. Home courier — €5.90.

Orders of €39 or more ship free with every method.

Orders are packed on business days; dispatch takes 1–3 business days on average.

Payment

Pay by card (Visa, Mastercard — processed by Stripe) or bank link (processed by Montonio Finance UAB).

The order is confirmed once payment is received; a confirmation is sent by email.

14-day right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Request a return from your account's order history or by writing to info@nurme.eu.

For hygiene reasons the right of withdrawal does not apply to opened cosmetics (creams, soaps, shampoos, balms, deodorants, oils).

Refunds are made without delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice and the returned goods.

Complaints and disputes

For defective goods you may file a claim within 2 years. Write to info@nurme.eu — we reply within 15 days.

Unresolved disputes can be taken to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (ttja.ee) or the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
