Spray 5–10 pumps of magnesium oil onto clean skin (legs, forearms, shoulders, back, or stomach). Leave to absorb for a few minutes. If desired, rinse off any residue with warm water after 20 minutes. A slight tingling sensation may occur upon first use – this is normal and diminishes with regular use. Suitable for daily use. Do not apply to wounds or sensitive areas, such as around the eyes.
