Magnesium chloride from Zechstein Inside®, sourced directly from natural reserves, is mined from a stratum one mile deep in the Netherlands. Over 250 million years, this magnesium chloride has naturally compacted and purified. The fastest and most effective way to alleviate magnesium deficiency is through the skin—for instance, by taking foot baths with added magnesium chloride flakes. Magnesium flakes dissolved in bath water are absorbed through the porous epidermis and subsequently into the blood vessels and muscles, where the action of magnesium is most immediate. An organism with sufficient magnesium reserves is more flexible, does not fatigue as easily, and is better able to recover. NB! Before using the product, ensure that you are not allergic to its ingredients. MAGNESIUM FLAKES 100g of magnesium flakes contain 12g of pure magnesium. Foot bath: Dissolve 150g (approximately one cup) of flakes in warm water, place your feet in the water, and relax for at least 20 minutes. Bath: Dissolve 250g of flakes in warm bathwater and relax for at least 20 minutes. It is recommended to take 2-3 magnesium baths for feet or full body per week. You may do this more frequently if needed. Magnesium flakes can be used by people of all ages, including during pregnancy and breastfeeding. For children, we recommend reducing the quantity by half, as their daily requirement is not as high as that of adults. MAGNESIUM OIL Eight sprays of magnesium oil contain approximately 100mg of pure magnesium. Spray 5–10 times all over the body and massage in. It is good to use the oil after a shower or bath, as the skin is then warm and pores are open, which helps the magnesium absorb better. Do not apply to wounds or sensitive areas, such as around the eyes. The oil should be applied primarily to joints and muscles, as well as other areas of concern. It can also be used during pregnancy. Magnesium oil sprayed directly onto the skin is absorbed through the porous epidermis and subsequently into the blood vessels and muscles. This way, the magnesium does not reach the digestive system, from which many nutrients are not absorbed. The oil can be used by people of all ages, but for children, we recommend reducing the quantity by half, as their daily magnesium requirement is not as high as that of adults. MAGNESIUM STING On first use, you may experience a slight tingling or stinging sensation. This may be a sign of magnesium deficiency in the body and is due to the rapid absorption of magnesium into the skin. With regular use, the tingling subsides. Since magnesium starts to absorb immediately, you can dry the skin with a towel after massaging the oil in.
