Remove the cap and push the stick up a few millimetres from the base of the tube using your fingers. If the stick refuses to move in the tube, hold it in your palm, warm it slightly, and gently rub around the stick with your fingers. This will loosen it from the sides and allow it to slide. If the stick tends to sink back into the tube, press your fingers against it from underneath. Always apply the deodorant to clean, washed, and dry skin. Hold the stick against the warm skin for a few seconds to soften it, then apply it to the underarm with a few movements. Remember that less is more – a thicker layer does not mean longer-lasting protection. Allow a few minutes for the deodorant to dry and absorb before dressing.
