Remove the cap and push a few millimetres of the stick upwards from the base of the tube with your fingers. If the stick doesn't move in the tube no matter what, hold it in your palm, warm it slightly and knead around the stick with your fingers. This warms it up from the sides and it starts to slide. If the stick tends to sink back into the tube, hold the bottom with your fingers opposing. Always apply the deodorant to clean, washed and dry skin. Place the stick on warm skin for a few seconds to allow it to soften, then apply to the underarm with a few movements. Don't forget that less is more – a thicker layer does not mean longer protection. Allow the deodorant to dry and absorb for a few minutes before dressing.
